Balikpapan (5/9) - Haruman Sulaksono the Airport Service Group Head took time to give direction to partners of Airport Operation Department in the framework of the working visit to the Sepinggan SAMS International Airport - Balikpapan.
The event was located in the Kahayan Meeting Room Branch Office of the SAMS Sepinggan International Airport – Balikpapan, Branch ofPT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero); the direction from Haruman Sulaksono the Airport Service Group Head started at 10.00 WITA.
On the occasion of his visit, Haruman Sulaksono provided guidance and introduced himself as the newAirport Service Group Head;Haruman Sulaksono comingwas welcomed by Nicodemus Nicolas the Airport Operation Department Head, Kus Hendratno the Airport Service Section Head, and Riyaman the Airport Fire Fighting and Rescue Section Head.
Haruman Sulaksono conveyed some direction and presentation about Service Excellence which is all the efforts exerted to meet the customer (satisfaction) exceeds the desired expectations. As well as about a paradigm shift management of the airport where the function of the airport does not only provide facilities for aircraft landing and take-off, but also as a center of economic activity that is expected to support themselves and contribute revenue in the manager of the airport as well as the center of economic activity to sustain existence, businesses is oriented in an effort to give satisfaction to the customer (customer satisfaction orientation).
